Don Handy hands over position of Service Manager
Don Handy, who joined the company in 1993, has handed over his previous position of Service Manager wishing to spend more time with his family and pursuing his personal interests. Don has been and still is a greatly valued member of our staff, and will remain with the company on a part time basis for the foreseeable future providing product support and technical.

Paul Hickling appointed Service Manager
We are pleased to announce that Paul Hickling has been appointed Service Manager. Paul has been with the company for many years as a senior service engineer, and has a wealth of experience on all of the company’s range of equipment both past & present, as well as extensive product knowledge. We are confident that Paul will continue to run operate our service department the highest of standards, and will be looking at introducing benefits to best suit today’s requirements of our customers.

Service department expanded
Andrew Sanders has recently joined the company providing additional cover for UK & Overseas service & installation. Andrew comes with a solid technical background and has already proved to be a valuable asset to our team.

Tighter unity formed between Matcon & GWA
We are proud that an already strong bond between our respective company's has recently been taken to the next level, with the launch of a single integrated solution for the Bulk IBC feed system of Matcon, and the powder dosing equipment of GWA. A benefit of this total solution includes a single source of control, where all Matcon control features are included within the auger filling machine, and are recipe selectable. This equipment can be seen and demonstrated Matcon's UK and USA Test Centres.
