The IT-70 Intermittent rotary presentation systems can be fitted with a broad variety of filling systems, including but not limited to; auger fillers, tablet counters, linear weighing machines, etc.
It is an ideal solution for medium speed filling requirements, and subject to application can run at speeds in the range of 20 - 50 / minute.
A number of options are available on IT-70 machines making it an extremely flexible solution with a remarkably small foot print. These include;
- Filling, including compression filling option
- Vibratory settling
- Integrated check-weigher
- Pick & place capping for screw on / push on caps
Machine construction is in stainless steel, with all contact parts being 316.
Through conveyor is stainless steel with plastic slat-band, alternative conveyor types are available up on request.
Quick release tooling ensures that change-over times are kept to an absolute minimum
